Supervisory Tracking

Supervisory Tracking is intended for staff who manage student progress. Supervisory Tracking enables a university to track how well its staff and students are performing planned activities. The Supervisory Tracking can be set up to be tracked at 5 levels:

Thus, a supervisor can see the student's progress. The head-of-department can see the supervisors. The dean can see the various departments, etc. 

Hierarchy

AsterWrite can track students for five levels. Shown here is a sample of 5 levels that is easily customized. In the diagram below:

The Research Degrees Committee can now see where the bottleneck is.

Overview

AsterWrite can track students for five levels. Information about a student is easily and readily available. Progress can be seen for the duration of the student's program. Current status is also available in detail formats including: timeliness, work completed and proportion completed.

Corrective Action Reporting

AsterWrite also has a mechanism to share student files for corrective action reporting.
