With the lack of motivation many students have for traditional writing assignments, Book Creator is an engaging tool for students to work together to write, design, and read texts collaboratively. Students can draw their words and illustrations, as well as post videos, music, and online images. Book Creator also an AI tool called “Auto Draw” to aid in designing their illustrations. At the end the process, users can “publish” their work for a worldwide audience to view.

Book Creator would work very well in a classroom environment centered around project-based learning. In an English classroom, students can apply their knowledge of literary elements to create a story. A social studies teacher may assign their students to construct a magazine or newspaper about a historical event and a science teacher could have their students log entries about a science experiment (Trust, 2022).
