• Two best clubs/SIGs to conduct a series of marketing events will be selected based on challenge number 1 by team DoSL. The winning team has been given the flexibility to design their own merchandise.

The team (1- 5 members) would be awarded as follows:

• 1st prize (the club’s/SIG’s team) - 3000 INR worth self designed merchandise.

• 2nd prize (the club’s/SIG’s team) - 2000 INR worth self designed merchandise.

The prize money will be reimbursed once the respective bills are submitted to the DoSL on/before 28th August, 2021, strictly.

• Two Best Meme Creators representing clubs/SIGs will be selected based on challenge number 2 for 1st and 2nd prizes respectively. The team members who helped create the content (1 - 5 members) shall be awarded with vouchers as follows:

  • 1st prize (the club’s/SIG’s team) - 2000 INR worth vouchers.

  • 2nd prize (the club/SIG’s team) - 1000 INR worth vouchers.

• Two best reels of the lot will be selected based on challenge number 3 by Team DoSL as the Most Popular video & will be uploaded on the official Instagram page of DoSL. The team will be awarded as follows:

  • 1st prize (the club’s/SIG’s team) - 2000 INR worth vouchers.

  • 1st prize (the club’s/SIG’s team) - 1000 INR worth vouchers.

Important points to note:

• The earlier mentioned timings for the each day content have been relaxed from 06:00 PM to 11:59 PM.

• Use the hashtags #ChallengeFromDoSL, #GitamSLAwards, #myclubsatgitam, #GDoSL, #ChallengeFromDoSL1 or #ChallengeFromDoSL2 or #ChallengeFromDoSL3 for your selected challenge.

• Include the updated hashtags mentioned above in the previous posts from 3rd July, 2021.

• Tag the DoSL official page for the posts and reels along with the hashtags mentioned.

• Be specific with hashtags that denote a particular challenge number.

• Clubs/SIGs which have already uploaded the content need to be specific with the hashtags w.r.t the challenge that the club chooses to participate in.

• Every club/SIG has to come up with a team of minimum 1 to maximum five members who have helped create content.

• The following details of all the team members are to be submitted to the DoSL by 11th July, 11:59:59 PM to studentlife@gitam.edu. The subject of the mail should be “Team *club/SIG name* details submission”.

  • • Names of the members

    • Name of the representative

    • 12-digit registration numbers

    • Gitam mail id

    • Campus each one belongs to

• The email should be sent from the club/SIG's official email ID.

• There should be one representative per team as a point-of-contact for the transaction.
