Applications will be received for four kinds of awards and/or for performances. For further details, check the 'Awards' page.
Application procedures for the awards & performances involve different processes each, and are mentioned in the respective subpages.

Guidelines
Applicants will be required to make a document stating the reason for which they deserve the award.
The application has to be in a pdf format.
The application has to include data to support claims. Data can be but is not limited to event reports, form responses, Statements Of Contribution, pictures, links.
The data records presented should be dated between 1st September 2020 to 30th April, 2021.
Any links put in the application should be in "View only", and the access settings should be set to "Anyone with the link".
The application has to be uploaded in the application-form link with the following naming convention: "ApplicantName_AwardNumber". The applicant's name for an individual award should be his/her individual name, and for the Clubs/SIG's, it is the respective Club’s/SIG’s name. Ex:- JoelXavier_#6, DoSL_#9.
Nominations + Polling
For these award categories, the applicants will have to be nominated through the form link and a poll will be held for the awards closer to the event date.
The deadline to apply for the awards is 11:59 PM, 4th July 2021.
