ggrastr-generated plots removed by Inkscape

I usually use ggrastr to make a graphics with thousands, sometimes millions of plots. To add some information such as annotations, arrows, and etc on the graphics (PDF format), I use Inkscape but sometimes it makes troubles—no points are retained in PDF/ESP files edited and exported by Inkscape.

To keep all points even after processing in Inkscape, remove all groupings to which plots are involved (shift + command + g). Inkscape will say 'No groups to ungroup in the selection' when the object is completely ungrouped. Then you can export the ggraster-graphics into pdf without losing any points.
