I'm a digital transformation consultant with extensive experience supporting GP practices and Primary Care Networks to improve the way they work through technology.

Throughout my career I've worked across digital transformation, operational improvement, communications, website development, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SystmOne administration and project delivery, helping NHS organisations deliver meaningful change that supports both staff and patients.

What sets me apart is my understanding of how primary care operates day to day. I know that every new process, system or digital initiative has to work in the real world, where practices are balancing increasing demand with limited time and resources.

I believe technology should remove barriers, simplify processes and give clinical and administrative teams more time to focus on patient care.

Rather than offering generic IT consultancy, I work alongside organisations to understand their challenges, identify opportunities for improvement and deliver practical solutions that make a genuine difference.
