How long does it take to see the content after the event?

• Delivery times may vary based on event size, & package. Please communicate with Enzo Fano to work on delivery time

How does payments work?

• A non-refundable deposit (60% of full payment) is required at least 4 DAYS before the first competition or scheduled event to secure services. Remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid the day before the event. If remaining payment is not made by the deadline, Strong Island Productions reserves the right to cancel coverage while retaining the deposit. 

• If the Client requests or insists that payment be made after content delivery, full payment must be received within 48 hours (2) calendar day of the final content being delivered. Failure to submit payment or communicate a valid reason for delayed payment will result in a late fee of fifteen percent (15%) of the agreed-upon rate per day until payment is received. If payment remains outstanding for seven (7) days following delivery, Strong Island Productions reserves the right to pursue legal action or collections to recover the unpaid balance, along with any associated fees permitted by law. 

• Payments can be paid by either Venmo or Check. 

Content is amazing but I want a revision, is that possible?

• (Other than reels that are posted for an event or tournament) Your package includes two (2) complimentary rounds of revisions to the final delivered content. This revision round is intended for minor adjustments such as light color correction, trimming content, pacing changes, or small sequencing edits to better match your expectations. Revision requests must be submitted within three (3) days from once content has been delivered so adjustments can be made in a timely manner.

• Any additional revision rounds, major creative changes, or requests that go beyond the original agreed-upon scope may require an additional revision fee, which will be discussed and approved in writing before work continues.

• If a revision is requested on an expedited timeline, Strong Island Productions offers a rush revisions fee, subject to availability and time to make changes you request. Rush revisions are billed at an additional fee of $100 and will prioritize delivery of the content within 24–48 hours once payment is received. Requests involving major changes including complete timeline restructuring, late addition of video clips that alters video construction, or significant creative direction changes without proper notice prior to finalization of content, may require additional fees to account for the extra time and work needed to revise or recreate the content.

How does cancellations work?

• Cancellations must be made at least three (3) days to the event date. Failure to do so may result in full payment of the agreed-upon rate. IF cancellation comes from the client, they may be responsible to pay in full for services the next time booking. Valid cancellations include severe sickness/family emergency, weather beyond control to affect safety of event or travel, etc. 

• IF it comes from Enzo Fano he will try and reschedule with you for a future event at no additional cost(unless you have not paid in full). If that is not accessible, a refund (with the deposit due to it being a cancellation without chance of rescheduling) will be given to the client within 3 business days via Venmo, or check. 

• Strong Island Productions is not liable for circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to weather that results in cancellation of events or makes travel unsafe, or unwilling athletic directors or event personnel not allowing us to conduct our services & productions, or equipment malfunction(which could cause data loss, corrupt files, etc). If this happens, Enzo Fano will try and reschedule with you for a future event at no additional cost (unless you have not paid in full). If that is not accessible, a refund (without the deposit due to it being no one's fault) will be given to the client within 3 business days via Venmo or check. 

I purchased the match footage/photos but I already have it on my phone, can I get a refund?

• Negative! Once the match footage/photos is purchased, there is no refund possible
