The COVID-19 pandemic was a frightening and uncertain time. Millions of people around the world faced loss, isolation, and fear as the world struggled to adapt. For founder Crescenzo “Enzo” Fano, the experience was deeply personal. After losing close family members and being forced to leave college during his senior year, Enzo found himself searching for purpose in the midst of chaos.
With unexpected time on his hands, he decided to focus on developing his creative skills, particularly in video editing. Drawing on nearly a decade of experience as a wrestling coach and five years as a competitor on Long Island, Enzo combined his passion for the sport with his growing expertise in content creation.
In 2020, he founded what was originally known as Strong Island Wrestling Videos, a brand dedicated to highlighting and promoting the Long Island wrestling community. From high school athletes to NCAA competitors and even Olympians, Strong Island Productions provided an opportunity for every wrestler or athlete connected to Long Island to showcase their journey through high-quality highlight videos. While Enzo was coaching wrestling at Newfield High School, Strong Island Productions was nominated for and ultimately won the Suffolk County Coaches Association Public Relations Award for the 2021-2022 season. This honor recognized Enzo's commitment to showcasing and elevating so many “Strong” Island wrestlers that still leaves a lasting impact with the community.
With the experience he has gained from USA Wrestling, St. John’s University, and Fenway Sports Management, he is bringing my freelance business back stronger than ever and ready to make an impact in the content creation world.
About the Founder
My name is Crescenzo “Enzo” Fano (pronounced ker-shen-zo), and I’m a 28-year-old creative professional passionate about storytelling through content creation. After taking a step back from the freelance world for the past two and a half years, I’ve continued to stay deeply involved in the world of sports media, producing video and photo content for organizations such as USA Wrestling and St. John’s University.
Throughout my journey, I’ve grown not only as a video editor and photographer but as a creative who understands the power of capturing moments that inspire and connect.
As I continue to expand my skills and rebuild my brand, my mission is to help your business, whether in the sports industry or beyond elevate its presence through impactful, professional content.
