GGI Activities
The Galileo Galilei Institute for Theoretical Physics (GGI) organizes and hosts advanced workshops in theoretical particle physics in its broadest sense. Each program is devoted to a specific topic at the forefront of current research. Agenda
The Advanced Lectures on Fields and Strings (Lezioni Avanzate di Campi E Stringhe) is a three week intense PhD school held every year at GGI.
The aim of the school is to bring together PhD students with interests in Quantum Field Theory, String Theory, Supergravity and related topics, and help them building a solid and specialised background on recent developments in theoretical physics.
Local Seminars
Local Seminars are organized on a weekly basis. Normally they take place on Wednesday at 14.30 in room 281.
