Working Committee

STREE SHAKTI is inviting all women to be a part of Working Committee.

There can be more than one (multiple) Working Committee(s) at a given point of time.

Only Women can self nominate to be in the Working Committee. Male nominations will not be taken. Please self nominate only to hold a position in Working Committee and send it to StreeShakti.WomenLISAssociation@gmail.com

All nominations will be posted online and Chairperson will be allotted on first come basis. Women can call female/male resource persons to deliver talks.

One woman can hold position of Chairperson unless under exceptional conditions. Example: There are no other self nominations from that chapter then interested woman will be given an opportunity.

The term of the STREE SHAKTI Core Committee will be one year.

Working Committee is a group of members who want to conduct a webinar.

It consists of 2 members or more including Chairperson, and various Organizing Team Members on discretion of Chairperson.

The Chairperson has to submit a topic, resource person name/mobile/email, date, time, duration, along with full names, mobiles, emails and designations assigned to various organizing members of working committee to Core Committee via email at StreeShakti.WomenLISAssociation@gmail.com

The Core Committee will schedule the webinar by confirming date and will provide link of webinar to the Working Committee Chairperson and post on Website.

Note: Free Webinars are encouraged as STREE SHAKTI aims to update women LIS professionals and other LIS professionals.

We want the Chairperson taking full responsibility.

Responsibility of Chairperson

To market the webinar on various portals, platforms, chat groups and ensure full attendance is there.
To inform Core Committee by writing to StreeShakti.WomenLISAssociation@gmail.com if for any reason they are not able to conduct the webinar on said date, so that Core Committee can reschedule webinar on some other convenient date which will not clash with any other scheduled webinar.
To circulate the registration form and details of webinar after taking it from Core Committee by writing to StreeShakti.WomenLISAssociation@gmail.com

Responsibility of members of Working Committee (Chairperson and and various Organizing Team member) anytime,

They need to talk positively about STREE SHAKTI on all physical , online, social media platforms.
They cannot independently comment or write on any area representing STREE SHAKTI. They will be given official marketing material by the Core Committee to be posted on various platforms. Please write to StreeShakti.WomenLISAssociation@gmail.com to get marketing & press material.
They need to tag all material posted on various online platforms with #STREESHAKTI #StreeShaktiLISIndia #StreeShaktiLISWomenAssociation
They cannot speak negatively about STREE SHAKTI on any platform.
