These Terms are between you and the individual developer of Streaky, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Streaky on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s Usage Rules and through Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

Streaky offers auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your App Store settings.
Streaky is provided “as is.” In the event of a failure to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund. Apple has no further warranty obligations.
The developer is responsible for addressing claims related to your use of Streaky, including legal or regulatory issues, product liability, or consumer protection.
If a third party claims that Streaky infringes on their intellectual property, the developer will be responsible for resolving the claim.
You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. embargo or on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
