This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and the individual developer (“we”, “our”, “us”) of the mobile application Streaky - Habit Tracker (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with this Agreement.
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
Use the App for any purpose that is illegal or unauthorized;
Rent, lease, loan, sell, sublicense, or distribute the App to any third party;
Use the App in a way that could harm us or impair anyone else’s use of it.
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions:
Monthly Plan: $2.99/month
Yearly Plan: $29.99/year (or as listed on the App Store)
Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
No refunds are provided for unused portion of the term.
Your privacy is important to us. The App uses Firebase and Google Analytics to collect usage data, which helps improve your experience. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all content, graphics, code, and related documentation are our property and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or us. You may terminate this Agreement by deleting the App from your device. We may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you fail to comply with its terms.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, arising out of your use or inability to use the App.
Before initiating arbitration, both parties agree to engage in informal negotiations for 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved by arbitration, not litigation.
