• Throughout the year, we will reach out for volunteers for events or to donate food or supplies.

Current Volunteer 2025-26 Open Positions are listed in the spreadsheet below, but here are some highlights:

• Fun Run Coordinator - Help lead our TOP fundraising event of the year! We've got it down, we just need someone to step in and take charge. 

• Teacher Appreciation Host - Monthly Basis- Sign up to create ONE Teacher Appreciation item/event.  You pick your month.  Funds available from SPE PIC with prior approval.

• Classroom Yearbook Representatives

• Teacher Conference Meals - Help coordinate Meals for Teachers/Staff during Parent/Teacher Conferences. We have one volunteer already, so this, too, can be a team effort

• Business Meal Sponsor Recruiter - Help recruit up to 4 businesses willing to sponsor a teacher's conference meal ($1,000-$1,500). 

• Business Owner?  Sign up to sponsor a teacher conference meal ($1,000-$1,500). 

• School Support Committee Chair 

  • This position will help guide and assist chair(s) of the following programs as needed with publicity, volunteers, budget and money-handling, forms, and procedures.  

  • Yearbook (fall - organize, throughout year - remind classroom delegates to collect pictures, spring - help put yearbook together)

  • Parent-Teacher Conference Meals (fall & spring) - help organize and coordinate meals for teachers and staff during conferences.

  • Spirit Wear (start of school & December)

• SPE PIC Executive Board Member

  • Want to have more of an impact in our school? Take advantage of this incredible opportunity to get to know the SPE administration, teachers, and parents better as you contribute your time and leadership skills to help guide the program throughout the year.
