• These requests will be considered once a month at the SPE PIC meeting, unless there is an urgent request for some reason.

• There is a budget line item for these purchases, so be aware that we may run out of money for requests towards the end of the year.

• Purchases must be made within 45 days or the money will be recycled (unless specifically approved for a future event).

If approved, Staff can either make approved purchases through the front office, or with our help.  If you must purchase the item independently, please ensure your receipts are submitted for reimbursement to spe.pic.treasurer@gmail.com .

For Purchase Requests over $500

• • • Sept 29 - October 10: Grant applications accepted from SPE teachers and staff via Google Forms

    • Oct 11 to 15: Review / approval from SPE Admin / PIC

    • Oct 16 to Oct 22: Voting by SPE community

    • Oct 24: Grants announced.  Grant recipients will make their purchase directly, and submit for reimbursement, or work with PIC to purchase.

Please remember to include shipping, etc.

Grants must be purchased within 45 days, or the money will be reallocated. Exception: if the grant is to fund a future event.

  • Stage Curtains with 2.2 - $6,310 - Eron put on the 5 year school plan
