• These requests will be considered once a month at the SPE PIC meeting, unless there is an urgent request for some reason.

• There is a budget line item for these purchases, so be aware that we may run out of money for requests towards the end of the year.

• Purchases must be made within 45 days or the money will be recycled (unless specifically approved for a future event).

If approved, Staff can either make approved purchases through the front office, or with our help.  If you must purchase the item independently, please ensure your receipts are submitted for reimbursement to spe.pic.treasurer@gmail.com .

• • • Sept 21 to Oct 9: Grant applications accepted

    • Oct 12 to 14: Review / approval from SPE Admin / PIC

    • Oct 20 to Oct 23: Voting by SPE community

    • By Nov 2: Grants announced. Grant recipients will make their purchase directly, and submit for reimbursement, or work with PIC to purchase.

Please remember to include shipping, etc.

Grants must be purchased within 45 days, or the money will be reallocated. Exception: if the grant is to fund a future event.

  • Gibbon Slackboards – Promoting balance and coordination in PE.

  • Chick Incubators – Bringing science to life through hands-on learning.

  • Colorado Music Educators Conference & All State Choir – Enriching our music program and supporting our talented student performers.

  • Self-Regulation Sensory Classrooms – Providing tools for focus and engagement, while also recognizing the vital contributions of the paraprofessionals.
