Monthly PTO Board Meetings (2023-24)
All are welcome! SMS PTO Board meetings for the 2023-24 school year are taking place at SMS every other month in the morning and different offsite venues (when possible) or via video conference. Please contact the Board President to learn more. Upcoming monthly PTO Board meetings are noted below:
September 5th, 2023 @ SMS at 9:30AM
October 3rd via Zoom at 7PM
November 6th @ SMS at 9:30AM
December 12th @ SMS at 8:45AM
January 8th, 2024 @ SMS at 8:45AM - meeting canceled due to two hour delayed school opening
February 6th via Zoom at 7PM
March 4th @ SMS at 8:45AM
April 1st @ SMS at 8:45AM
May 6th @ SMS at 8:45AM
Annual PTO Board Meeting (2024)
The anual, year-end meeting is an open session for the School Board, SMS Administration, teachers, parents, and interested community members. We present our Annual Report summarizing accomplishments for the past school year and elect new board members and officers. The Annual Report will be available for review and posted below.
