Our esteemed mentor, Jayanta Baksi, a graduate of the University of Calcutta, holds a conventional commerce degree. In addition to this, he has completed a Post-Graduation Diploma in Business Administration. Furthermore, he has obtained a Master's Degree in Management, specializing in Human Resources, from his alma mater. Mr. Baksi’s proficiency in Psychology, acquired from the University of Calcutta after his graduation, along with his interest in various subjects, has greatly contributed to his insightful knowledge in Abnormal, Educational, and Business Psychology. This foundational knowledge has played a significant role in his active participation in philanthropic and social entrepreneurial initiatives for his homeland.

Mr. Baksi then ventured into Strategic Management Consulting, where he excelled and earned a reputable name. He is a distinguished Strategic Business Intelligence Analyst, and his contributions to the industry are highly valued.
