This shows their aim to be an organisation who prides themselves on being synergistic.

Taylors of Harrogate offers many job roles, some of which are paid, and others which can be volunteer work for example with their “Cone Exchange” which is a scheme utilised to reduce waste by reusing unused items from production that would otherwise go to landfill or by upcycling them (Bettys and Taylors Group, 2022). In 2019 this scheme raised £37,925 for 23 charities throughout the county (Taylors of Harrogate, 2019, p4). Not only do they reduce local waste and donate to charity, but they plant trees over Yorkshire (Taylors of Harrogate, 2019, p5). This scheme helps to back up their aims to support local communities and shows that they are very environmentally conscious.
