Strands for Sustainability empowers youth ambassadors with tools and support to collect cut hair from their local salons and send it to organizations that will repurpose the hair to clean up oil spills, remediate soil, and more.
As an ambassador, you will have access to guided instructions on how to collect hair and send it to partnered environmental organizations.
Ambassadors gain community service hours for their work and continued work as an ambassador can lead to future opportunities and a network of like-minded environmentalists.
