First Step: Please try restarting the device (fully power off for 1 minute) and then try connecting again.
Restarting the device usually solves most connection problems.
Students:
Student passwords automatically expire over the summer.
Students must login to a Board computer and change their password when prompted.
If student passwords are reset by school staff, they must login to a Board computer to create a new password.
(By default, password resets require a change of password on next login.)
Staff
If your password has expired, please login to a Board computer and change your password when prompted.

Forget dpwifi network on device
Reconnect to dpwifi network using username and new password.
Device-specific instructions are provided below.
Example Device Brands: Samsung, LG, BlackBerry, OnePlus, Huawei, Google Nexus
Open the Settings app and navigate to Wi-Fi settings
Select or long-press on dpwifi
There may be a “Known Networks” menu which contains dpwifi.
Select "Forget Network"
When connecting to dpwifi, please ensure the following connection settings:
CA Certificate
Use system certificates.
(if option not available, then)Do not validate / Do not verify certificate
dpcdsb.org (if option appears)

Open the Settings app and select “Wi-Fi”
Press the circle “i” button for dpwifi.
Press “Forget This Network”.
When connecting to dpwifi, please ensure the following connection settings:

Please note: you may be prompted about a certificate - press "Trust" to enable network access.
Method A
Click the Network icon in the notification area (bottom right)
Right click on dpwifi
If a menu does not appear, use Method B.
Select "Forget Network"

Click the Network icon in the notification area (bottom right)
Click "Network settings"
Click "Manage known networks" (near the top)
Select dpwifi and click “Forget”
When connecting to dpwifi, please ensure the following connection settings:

Open Chromebook Settings and navigate to Wi-Fi settings

Find and select dpwifi in the list of networks
Click the minus button (located just below the list)
