Manuscript Preparation:

Submitted papers should be formatted using the IEEE two-column conference proceedings template, and are limited to 10 pages, excluding references. Authors of accepted papers may purchase up to two additional pages when preparing the camera ready version. Accepted papers will be published by IEEE Conference Publishing Services (CPS), and will be made online through the IEEE Xplore and ACM Digital Libraries.
