Some Projects Executed by STP Investments: -

• Rehabilitation of Eteringbang Airstrip – Region No. 7

• Coordinating and supervising all activities as it relates to the rehabilitation of Eteringbang Airstrip – Location: Airstrip is very remotely located within Guyana’s Rainforest along Guyana/Venezuela Border

• Project primarily consisted of complete stripping of airstrip runway and reconstructing using soil stabilizing polymer binding agent.

• Construction of Timber Revetment and Market Tarmac – Annandale, E.C.D

• Managed all activities of this project which consisted of Construction of 285 feet GH Timber Revetment/Retaining Wall and Construction of Asphalt Finish Market Tarmac.

• Construction of Timber Revetment and rehabilitation of Sluice – Meadow Bank, E.B.D

• Managed and supervise all works on this project – Project consisted of construction of GH Timber revetment acting as retaining wall to support outfall dams and creating a diversion of for drainage from sluice. Added, was the complete rehabilitation of Sluice and desilting of inlet and out let channels.

• Operation, Servicing and Monitoring of NDIA Hydraulic Excavators, Dozers and Pontoons at various locations within Regions No. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 10

• Managed and Coordinate all activities as it pertains to management of in excess of Twenty (20) Heavy Duty Machinery – Excavators, Dozers and Pontoons at various locations within the administrative regions of Guyana and in the rivers and ocean.

• Desilting of Various trenches, canals and drains within Georgetown, Region No. 3, 4, 5, 6 and 10

• Managed and supervised several desilting projects within Guyana, varying in magnitude, complexity and value.

• Construction of RC Drains and Asphalt Tarmac within Ministry of Local Government Compound

• Managed and supervised the complete rehabilitation of Asphalt finished parking lot within the Ministry compound and associated works such RC Drains.

• Rehabilitation of Koker / Sluice Door – Little Diamond, E.B.D

• Managed all activities on this project as it involved the complete replacement of Sluice door and rehabilitation of Sluice.

• Project Manager (1997 – PRESENT)

• Some Projects executed by Kaydar Persaud Contracting that I was directly involved with are: -

• Management Contracts for National Drainage & Irrigation Authority, Ministry of Agriculture –

• Involved the daily management of NDIA Excavators and Dozers to execute projects / work countywide. My direct responsibilities were to coordinate and manage all operators, servicemen and security; sourcing suitable personnel; logistics of transportation of personnel, fuel and lubricants to and from various sites; preparation of reports etal.

• Construction of E-Governance Communication Towers, Essequibo Coast for ICOTEC –

• Project Manager – Duties include coordination all activity relating to the execution of contractual obligations with ICOTEC, Columbia as it pertains to the Construction of Six (6) ICT Tower Compound including GH Piling and RC Casting of Tower Base, Generator Base, Electrical Works and all associated works as it pertains to establishing Tower Compound.

• Construction of GH Timber Revetment – Essequibo Coast –

• Projects Manager – Duties included coordination all aspects of projects as well as supervision and quality control inspections. Revetments vary in location, size and complexity and some instances concurrently executed. I have been involved as PM on more than Fifteen (15) different Timber Revetment Projects amounting to more than Four Thousand Five Hundred Feet.

• Irrigation Checks & Box Culverts –

• Project Manager – Duties included the general coordination, quality control inspections and supervision of more than Thirty (30) Box Culverts and Irrigation Checks at various locations throughout the Essequibo Coast, Guyana.

• BRIDGES – Timber & RC –

• Project Manager – Managed the General Construction of several Timber, RC and Composite Structure Bridges – Varying in both sizes and complexity and at locations include Annandale, E/Coast; Suddie, E/Coast; Anna Regina, E/Coast and Diamond, E.B.D.

• ROADS – Sand, Loam, Aggregate & DBST –

• Project Manager – Managed and Supervised the construction of several roads throughout the Essequibo Coast, Guyana. Roads vary from sand/loam finish to DBST finish. Locations include Aberdeen, Zorg, Queenstown and Sparta.

• TEXACO MANDELLA. PUMP ATTENDANT 2007 TO 2008 Pump operator. This was my first job, was responsible for balancing sales with inventory. Won the award for best customer service that year.
