STP Investment was established in the year 2013. The company Incorporated on 12th August, 2016. Before STP Investment Inc. the company was focused, under STP Investment on Management services, where the company monitored and maintained equipment for The National Drainage and Irrigation Authority, Ministry of Agriculture.

The now Managing Director, Sanjay Persaud, believed the company could be more than just Management Services. His vision encompassed the entire construction sector from residential construction to large industrial and commercial construction. 

From this Vision, STP Investment Inc. was born. The management services anchored and complemented the evolution of STP Investment to STP Investment Inc. The company currently offers a wide variety of construction services and material delivery.

STP investment Inc. Future plan is to consolidate. This means the company intends to complete the value chain by splitting the company into three parts, Raw material, manufacturing and construction. Raw material by acquiring control of the essential materials needed for construction like sand and stone etc., Manufacturing by processing these and other materials to produce ready mix and precast slabs and drains etc. and finally bringing them to bear on the construction sector. 

This will lower costs significantly, allowing the company to grow rapidly with higher net operating profits and at the same time maintain sustainability. In essence, achieve its vision.
