We would like to thank our Travel Advisor, Reanna Stout, for arranging the most wonderful trip to Greece for our 50th wedding anniversary celebration. Every detail was so thoughtful and well-planned, taking into consideration our age and abilities, while still allowing us to experience so much of Greek culture—all within the trip budget we had discussed. Each hand-selected excursion was amazing, with most being private tours and luxury car service, and even the small group food and wine tours felt intimate and personal—we enjoyed one-on-one attention while meeting like-minded travelers. Every aspect of travel was seamless, from end-to-end transportation across three islands to upgraded first-class ferry accommodations and connected car pick-up and drop-off services. The couples massage upon arrival after our overnight flight was the perfect start, and when weather threatened to impact our return, we were reassured knowing Reanna had arranged affordable travel insurance in advance. This was our first time using a travel advisor, and we can honestly say we’ll never go back to scouring the internet and managing our own bookings—even for simple trips. Because of Reanna’s expertise, care, and foresight, we were able to celebrate our milestone anniversary in comfort, style, and joy. 

On a whim, we decided to travel to Iceland in January to catch the Northern Lights, booking as late as early December. Even with such short notice, Reanna secured us excellent flights, a spacious, yet cozy condo just on the edge of downtown Reykjavik, and seamless transportation and pickups. We were rewarded with the best visibility of the year for the aurora borealis, plus a five-day adventure that far exceeded our expectations—iconic waterfalls, breathtaking landscapes and hikes, wonderful local guides with groups no bigger than 8 people and very comfy transport accommodation, a magical (and rare) night swim in the Blue Lagoon, and exploring remote towns and historic sites, hiking a glacier cave, and across a frozen lagoon to reach glaciers of ice that had been frozen for thousands of years. In Reykjavik, we enjoyed gourmet and local dining within budget, unique artisan shopping, and even whale watching on a yacht. Thanks to Reanna’s expertise, thoughtful recommendations, and invaluable tips/tricks, our trip was smooth, unforgettable, and truly a dream come true.

Reanna planned an unforgettable trip for me and my teenage grandson through the American Southwest. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, from our flights and unique accommodations to memorable excursions. 

At 75, I have some physical limitations, and Reanna carefully considered those without compromising the adventure or excitement for my grandson. She recommended restaurants, scenic stops, and hidden gems along our routes, often anticipating needs before we thought of them. Many of her recommendations became highlights of our trip. 

Thanks to her attention to detail and genuine care, what could have been just another vacation became a once-in-a-lifetime journey filled with memories we will cherish forever. 

We were pretty new to working with a travel agent, but Reanna was so helpful in setting up our vacation! She was professional, knowledgeable, easy to contact, and answered all our questions promptly. 

She was very knowledgeable about our perks, and we really appreciated the free breakfast at the high end restaurant at the resort and ability to check out late.

Reanna is a gem! She helped this old couple to do some of the things that we had dreamed about in Chicago. The purpose of our trip was to see Cubs baseball games in person. Reanna made that come true. Everything else was icing on the cake. Even while we were in Chicago I reached out to Reanna several times and she was immediately responsive each time.
