2. Use of the Application The App is designed to help users create, edit, and share social media graphics, stories, and posts using pre-made templates and design tools.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Use the App for illegal activities
Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
Distribute harmful software through the App
Misuse app permissions or system features
Use the App to create or share offensive, abusive, or copyright-infringing content.
3. Permissions and Device Access To provide its core editing and template features, the App requires access to your device's media library and internet. This includes permissions to:
Access and index images so you can use your photos in the templates.
Manage storage to save and export your final edited stories to your gallery. For users on Android 13 and above, the App follows granular media access protocols, including support for Partial Media Access (User-Selected photos), ensuring we only access files you explicitly authorize.
Access the Internet to download new templates, fonts, and assets from our servers.
4. User Data and Privacy Your privacy is important to us. The App does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or photos directly. All image processing happens locally on your device. Some anonymous technical data may be collected through trusted third-party services such as Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics for improving app stability and performance. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data handling and permissions.
5. Third-Party Services The App may use third-party services including but not limited to:
Google Play Services
Firebase Analytics
Firebase Crashlytics
AdMob
These services may collect anonymous usage information according to their own privacy policies.

Intellectual Property All rights, title, and interest in the App, including design, code, logos, graphics, and templates provided within the App, remain the property of the developer unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App without permission.
7. Disclaimer The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
The App will always be error-free
The App will work on every device
The App will always be available without interruption Use of the App is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability We shall not be responsible for:
Data loss or accidental file deletion by the user.
Loss of unsaved edits or projects.
Issues arising from insufficient device storage or system-level restrictions. Users are encouraged to save their final edits directly to their device gallery.
9. Changes to the App We reserve the right to:
Modify features
Update the App
Remove or discontinue parts of the service
Change these Terms & Conditions at any time Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Children’s Use The App is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Termination We may suspend or terminate access to the App if users violate these Terms or misuse the service.
