Terms

Last updated: September 2026

These terms cover your use of the قصص مصورة للأطفال قبل النوم (Muslim Kids Bedtime Stories) app, made by Aizaz Aqeel.

USING THE APP

The app is for personal, family use. The stories, illustrations, and recordings belong to Aizaz Aqeel and may not be copied, resold, or republished. You may of course read them aloud to your own children as often as you like.

FREE AND PAID CONTENT

A number of stories are free and stay free. The rest are unlocked by subscription.

SUBSCRIPTION

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off automatic renewal at least 24 hours before it ends. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Renewal is charged within 24 hours of the end of the current period, at the same price. You can manage or cancel a subscription in Settings on your device, under your Apple Account. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

The exact price and length of each subscription are shown in the app before you buy, in your own currency. Prices may differ by country.

REFUNDS

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

CHANGES TO THE APP

We add stories and improve the app over time. We may change or remove features. If we ever remove something you paid for, we will say so clearly beforehand.

NO WARRANTY

The app is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it working on every supported device, but we cannot promise it will never have a fault.

APPLE'S TERMS

Your use of the app is also governed by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the Standard End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
