Mistakes Help Us Grow Game Show
Mistakes are a part of life! Play this game during your morning meeting or social emotional learning time to talk through what you can learn from mistakes, what advice you could give your friends, and reflect on your own personal experiences!
This game works like Jeopardy. You can add or subtract the amount of teams playing on the left by using the + or - buttons below the teams. On each team's turn, they will pick the category column and amount they'd like to play for. Click on the one they choose. If they answer correctly, click that team's check mark to the left. After the current question has been answered, click the current question slide twice to go back to the board and continue playing.
Making a Plan for My Mistakes

Positive Self-Talk
We all feel discouraged sometimes. One of the best things that we can do when we feel discouraged is to talk positively to ourselves. In this activity, your students will create positive self-talk statements that they can repeat at a time when they are feeling down. A digital version is available for digital editing as well as a PDF version that can be printed and distributed to your students.
