SECTION 1

Welcome to SECTION 1: DEAD EYE. In this Section Candidates will run through a Series of Scenarios both In-Game and Inside of the Communications Channel. Bring Candidates to a Empty TS Channel and begin the Assessment. Test there Common Knowledge on Marksmanship.

PART 1

ANY QUESTION WRONG RESULTS IN A AUTOMATIC FAIL

Candidates have 15 Seconds to answer QUESTION 1 (QUESTION 2 IS 35 || QUESTION 3 IS 45)

QUESTION 1: You are Set up on a Mountain, With orders to take out a HVT. Your Comms suddenly go Dark, the HVT comes into your crosshairs, But Command has not given you the Greenlight to Fire. What do you do?

ANSWER: You do not take the Shot, Command has not authorized it. Unknown Factors may occur, Jeopardizing the Mission and Compromising Yourself.

QUESTION 2: Ask the Candidate to Give a proper S.A.L.U.T.E. Report! (If they do not know what a SALUTE report is explain it to them like this, "A SALUTE Report is a term that is used by most Reconnaissance squads to quickly and attempt to Accurately Determine and relay the Enemies Strength.)

ANSWER: EX OF A SALUTE Report would be -> Size: 4 Military Aged Males || Activity: Walking around the Town || Location: Northwestern House || Unit Identification: Pirates || Time: 4:11AM || Equipment: x2 E-5c, x4 Thermal Detonators, x1 DH-17

QUESTION 3: Ask the Candidate to Define what [Combat Reconnaissance] Means. Ask them to define what [Stealth Reconnaissance] Means. Ask them to finally and lastly define what [Routine Reconnaissance] Means.

ANSWER: [CR] = Actively searching for Insurgents, that have been Comms in. Once found you will Send Info to the Main Force, Once you PID a Target, Ask for the Greenlight to Fire.

[SR] = Recon involving you being Stealthy and Trailing a Small Force and Gathering Info while sending it to Command.

[RR] = Looking around Routine Areas with no confirmed Contacts, If Contacts are spotted you are to Switch to [CR] and Alert Main forces and follow the [CR] Definition.

PART 2

Bring the Candidate down to Tatooine, In this Part you will be hiding in a City with other People (GET A GM!!) The Storm Commando has to PID You! and Comms in to Command for Permission to take the Shot. Once they have given the Proper S.A.L.U.T.E. Report and have been Given the Greenlight they may shoot.

IF THE CANDIDATE PID'S THE WRONG TARGET THEY FAIL.

IF THE CANDIDATE GIVES A INVALID SALUTE REPORT THEY FAIL.

IF THE CANDIDATE DOESNT GET THE GREENLIGHT AND SHOOTS THEY FAIL.

IF THE CANDIDATE KILLS THE WRONG PERSON THEY FAIL.

IF THE CANDIDATE IS SPOTTED COMMITTING A MURDER THEY FAIL.

Run the Same Scenario again except this Time the Candidate has 1:00 to PID you and Take you out, Along with this they will be restricted to 1 Bullet. As to not Alarm local Wildlife and Scare residents. (Same Regulations on Failing Apply as shown Above.)

PART 3
Congratulate the Candidate on Passing SECTION 1: DEAD EYE TRAINING. Award the Candidate there Shoulder Antenna and Tell them that they are one step Closer to being a Full Operative. Finally tell them they must wait a Full day before Conducting another Training.
