Welcome the Candidate to Graduation! You have done what others could not and preserved through many Hardships, and Have dedicated your time to bettering yourself for the Detachment. You are a True Example of what we look for in a Trooper and a Special Forces member.

Now I will give you the Opportunity to be Welcomed in as a full fledged member of our Detachment at the rank of "Operative."

You now have a Choice whether or not you wish to accept this Opportunity the Choice is yours.

If you accept you will be welcomed into our Family and be Respected as a member of ISOC and a Black Operations Member.

Should you decline this Offer, You will be transferred back to your previous Post and you will Forget everything you have saw, heard and learned with us. You will not speak of anything you have done here to anyone outside of our Detachment. If you do you will be Hunted down and Eliminated.

/me Takes out pin with the Image of a Dark Knight riding a Horse

/me Puts pin onto Commandos Breast pocket

/me Punches pin into Commandos Chest

After this Dismiss the Commando and fill out Paper work
