Take the conversation beyond the meeting room and experience firsthand one of the family enterprises featured in the program. These visits offer an opportunity to step inside the businesses behind the stories, adding another dimension to the family cases and perspectives shared by our speakers.
We create magic in places often overlooked.
Goldman Properties was the vision of Tony Goldman — a modern-day pioneer, preservationist, entrepreneur, and patron of the arts. At his core, Tony was an artist, and his canvases were neglected urban neighborhoods, which he transformed into thriving international destinations. Today, after 50 years of bringing historic places back to the present and into the future, Goldman Properties continues that legacy under the leadership of Tony’s wife Janet, son Joey, daughter Jessica, and her husband Scott.
Join a guided tour of Wynwood Walls and experience firsthand a story that will also come to life through Jessica Goldman’s session during the program. Since opening in 2009, Wynwood Walls has become a global landmark for street art and a catalyst for the transformation of a once-overlooked industrial district into an internationally recognized hub of creativity.
The visit offers a chance to see how vision, creativity, entrepreneurship, and legacy have shaped not only a family enterprise, but an entire neighborhood.
A passion for innovation and disruptive thinking.
Founded in Florida in 2013 by five entrepreneurs, Captiva Containers was inspired by a vision to carry forward a multigenerational manufacturing tradition rooted in Venezuela. Specializing in premium, custom packaging solutions, the company was born from a passion for innovation and disruptive thinking — challenging an established industry and proving it could be done differently and better.
Following Leon Morgenstern’s session earlier in the program, participants will have the opportunity to experience Captiva firsthand with a visit to its warehouse and production facility.
Explore the end-to-end process behind the business — from engineering custom-made bottles, printing and labeling, and HPP technology to sustainable PET packaging and other responsible solutions.
The visit brings the Captiva story to life, offering a closer look at the entrepreneurial vision, innovation, and choices behind the business.
