Every family carries stories forward.
Some we inherit. Some we reshape. And some we are still writing.
Over two days, we will reflect on how family stories shape enterprises across generations.
The experience unfolds through three interconnected themes:
Who are we?
How family history, identity, values, experiences, and the narratives we carry influence who we are and how we move forward.
How do we respond?
How families navigate the decisions that shape ownership, leadership, relationships, governance, and the evolution of the family enterprise.
What do we leave behind?
How each generation can intentionally build on what came before — strengthening trust, fostering entrepreneurship, and creating a legacy that remains meaningful for generations to come.
