All file processing happens entirely on your device — we never upload, collect, or share your personal files.

CleanApp ("we", "our", or "us") is a mobile application designed to help you manage and free up storage on your device. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our app.
2. Information We Collect
We collect minimal information necessary to provide and improve the app:
Device Identifier: A randomly generated device ID used to verify your subscription status. This is not linked to your personal identity.
Purchase Information: When you subscribe to CleanApp Pro, transaction identifiers are stored to verify your premium status. We do not store your payment details — all billing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play.
Support Messages: If you contact us, we receive your name, email address, and message content.
3. Information We Do NOT Collect
We do NOT collect:
Your photos, videos, or any media files
Your contacts or personal data stored on your device
Your location
Your browsing history
Any data from the Secret Vault — all files are stored locally on your device
4. How We Use Your Information
To verify and manage your subscription
To respond to support requests
To improve app performance and fix bugs
5. Data Storage & Security
All file analysis and processing is performed locally on your device.
We use industry-standard security practices to protect limited data.
Secret Vault files are encrypted using AES-256 and stored securely on your device.
6. Third-Party Services
CleanApp may use:
Google AdMob (ads for free users)
Apple App Store / Google Play (billing & subscriptions)
Google ML Kit (on-device processing only, no data sent to servers)
7. Children's Privacy
CleanApp is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
8. Your Rights
You can request deletion of your data (device ID, purchase info, support messages) by contacting us.
We will respond within 30 days.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Continued use of the app means you accept the updated policy.
