1. Acceptance
By installing or using Storage Deep Clean you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not: reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law; redistribute, sell or sublicense it; remove proprietary notices; or use it to violate any law.
3. File deletion — read this
The App deletes files from your device. Deletion is permanent and we cannot recover deleted files.
- You choose what is removed. The App suggests items; it does not delete without your action.
- Photos you clean up are held for 30 days in the App's recycle bin before being permanently deleted. During that period the original files remain on your device and can be restored from within the App. Space is not reclaimed until they are permanently deleted.
- Junk files, large files and empty folders are deleted immediately and are not recoverable through the App.
- Back up anything you cannot afford to lose before using cleaning features.
4. No warranty
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that storage estimates are exact, or that any particular amount of space will be freed. Savings estimates are approximations based on sampling.
5. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, FILES, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
In particular, we are not liable for loss of files you chose to delete.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
6. Advertising
The App is supported by advertising. Ads are served by third parties and their content is not controlled by us.
7. Third-party services
The App uses third-party services (§2.2 of the Privacy Policy). Your use of the App is also subject to their terms.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate the App or any feature at any time.
