This spill leaked into the Saw Mill River and eventually contaminated the Hudson River. The access point into the Saw Mill River was at Rosedale Nursery, the same site for a proposed 130 MW (largest in NYS) BESS facility. Can you imagine, in the event of a fire at this proposed facility, leaking poison chemicals in the Saw Mill River and then directly into the Hudson River?
