Create your characters
If you are using clay, be sure to store your creations in plastic baggies. If you are creating several variations or pieces to a character, an egg carton is a great way to keep them organized. Be careful creating tall figures, they fall over easily. Keep your characters simple.
Create Your Set
Less is more! You can use a shoe box or cardboard to create a background. My class used our testing boarders! Cover with construction paper or paint to create the look of the scene, but remember, not much of it will be visible.
Practice Camera Shots
Once you have your set built and your characters made, begin practicing your camera shots. Pay attention to the various angles you can shoot from. HINT-- Get up close!!
