'The landlord agrees to let & the Tenant agrees to manage their numbered allotment on the plan at Stoney Allotments in Purton'
1The allotment shall not be used for the purpose of any trade or business
2 The allotment shall be let on a yearly tenancy payable by March 29th
3 The Tenant shall keep their plot in a reasonable standard at all times:
Sheds & fences maintained in good order
No dumping, storing or burying of materials other than for cultivating
Perennial weeds should be kept under control
4 Behaviour should be both appropriate & inoffensive
5 The keeping of livestock on allotments or surrounding areas is prohibited.
6 Dogs should be kept under control whilst on the allotment site and not allowed to run over other allotments.
7 Plans for new structures must be discussed with Patrick
8 Littering on the allotments or surrounding land is prohibited
9 Avoid disturbing and causing nuisance to other plot holders
10 Plot holders are liable for accidents to others on their plot making the safe storage of glass, chemicals and allotment tools a necessity.
11 New Plot holders are required to pay a refundable deposit of £75 for a full size plot or above. This is refundable if the plot can be relet for full rental on relinquishing the tenancy in writing to Geoff Bowman
By payment of yearly rentals plot holders are agreeing to abide by the requirements above.
