TENANCY AGREEMENT BETWEEN DIOCESE OF BRISTOL (LANDLORD) AND THE TENANT

IT IS AGREED as follows:


The landlord agrees to let and the Tenant agrees to manage their numbered allotment on the plan, situated at Stony Allotments Purton


The allotment shall not be used for the purpose of any trade or business.

The allotment shall be let on a yearly tenancy from the date above at the agreed rent. Payable annually by the arranged date, March 29th

The Tenant shall keep the allotment at all times in a reasonable standard:

Weeds kept under control, sheds, fences and all areas in good order,

The dumping of refuse and or littering on the allotments or surrounding land is prohibited

The keeping of livestock on the allotments or surrounding areas is prohibited.

Bonfires to be lit only when conditions are suitable and must be supervised at all times

Allotment holders’ dogs will be kept under control on the allotment of the holder and not allow to run over other allotments.

Any plans for new structures must be discussed with the allotment manager.

Both the excessive consumption of alcohol and /or excessive noise or nuisance resulting in a disturbance to other allotment holders
