Custom Orders

"Custom Orders" can mean a wide variety of things- from a change or upgrade in production material to a fully custom order. As a result, custom orders come with custom prices.

All prices will be negotiated upfront during the design phase. Once a design is agreed upon, a down payment for cost of materials will be required. Once the custom order is complete, photos will be sent, and the item will be delivered upon receipt of full remaining payment.

*Down payments are non-refundable if the order is cancelled during production.
