Covenants
Any and all changes, additions or alterations to your home or property MUST be submitted in writing to Development Associates PRIOR to work being done. This includes but is not limited to: GARAGES, POOLS, PORCHES, FENCES, SHEDS/PLAY HOUSES & DOG RUNS.
The covenants state that NO residence may have a retail business or business office within it and that there shall be no boats, trailers or campers parked on the streets, but in garages or screened areas. You should have received a copy of the covenants at closing. They can also be found on the website.
While the Stonehenge Homeowners Association is voluntary for the Stonehenge single family home and duplex owners, all homeowners and their renters are required to comply with the covenants governing their section of Stonehenge. The covenants are administered by Development Associates.
