The club meets once each month in members’ homes.  The typical format is a discussion of the book followed by refreshments and sharing of information about people and events in the community.

The club meets four times per year for a themed dinner.  The group is subdivided into groups of 8 for each dinner.  Hosting duties and groups rotate each dinner.  Past themes have been Mardi Gras, Italian, French and Asian.  No extraordinary cooking expertise is required.
