This website has a collection of culturally diverse picture books that you can read online. Scroll down on the page until you find the level that is right for you to read (Level 1- Level 5). You can also listen to or read the book in your home language by clicking the button at the top of the page that says “Change Language”.

One important thing to practice is Math vocabulary. Go to this website, click on any letter, and then click on the math word you want to know more about. Read the definition (meaning) and examples, and look at the pictures to help you understand the word. Now, write down the word, your own definition from how you understand it, an example, and a drawing to help explain the word. Try to create the definition and example in your own words, and draw a picture that is different from the pictures already shown. After you have a list of 10 math vocabulary words and their examples written down, ask someone at home to read you the word and see how much you can explain about it without looking at your paper.
