Michelle Ann Incepido is the heart behind Stoic Mindset & Resilience. As a Master’s student in Digital Media and Global Communications at the University of Niagara Falls, Canada, Michelle created this platform to turn her passion for mental health and storytelling into something meaningful. She created Stoic Mindset & Resilience to help others feel seen, supported, and inspired. She leads with empathy, creativity, and a deep belief that even one message of hope can change someone’s day or life.
