Stoic Mindset & Resilience began as a small digital campaign created by Michelle Ann Incepido, a passionate student of digital media. It started with one simple idea: to help people feel stronger during tough times. Inspired by the ancient philosophy of Stoicism and the real struggles people face today, Michelle launched this project on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. What began as a class assignment quickly grew into a heartfelt mission to spread hope, strength, and support to anyone who needs it.
