This organization is made up of and run by volunteers.  If you are interested in helping, Bulls PTO has a place for you!

Specific event / donation volunteering

TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK

PTO loves letting our staff know we appreciate them.  If you would like to help, check back here for a sign-up to donate items.

Be on the lookout for these possible volunteer opportunities this year:
  • AUG: Back to School BBQ volunteer time at event (grilling, food prep, set up/clean up)
  • SEP: Breakfast with Buddies volunteer time at event (set up/clean up, hand out food)
  • OCT: Fundraiser Forms Processing volunteer time (count money, tally orders)
  • OCT: Parent-Teacher Conference volunteer food, supplies, time (set up/clean up)
  • OCT: Library Book Fair they may need volunteers for event (set up/clean up, straighten books)
  • OCT: Pumpkin Festival volunteer supplies, time at event (set up/clean up, run a station)
  • NOV: Fundraiser Order Delivery volunteer time (unload truck, empty boxes, organize & distribute orders)
  • DEC: PJs, Pancakes, Santa volunteer time at event, donate toys to ABATE at event (set up/clean up, cook and hand out food)
  • DEC: (tentative) Holiday Shop may need volunteer time (run the shop!)
  • JAN: Movie Night volunteer time at event (sign in table, vacuuming after event)
  • JAN/FEB: ReadBowl may need volunteer time (help put together prizes for students)
  • FEB: Book Bingo volunteer time at event (set up/clean up, hand out cards, call out numbers)
  • FEB: Penny Wars volunteer time (process coins through machine, count cash)
  • MAR: Scholarship Application Review volunteer time (review applications and discuss)
  • MAR: Luau Dance volunteer time at event (set up!, patrol event, clean up)
  • APR: Test Incentives volunteer supplies, time (put together and distribute snacks and positive notes)
  • MAY: Kindergarten Round Up volunteer time at event (PTO table and photo booth)
  • MAY: Staff Appreciation Week volunteer supplies, time (set up/clean up lounge, put together treats)
  • MAY: Running of the Bulls volunteer time at event, sponsor event, donate to Blessings in Backpack (set up/clean up, hand out shirts, sign in table)
  • JUL: Annual Financial Review volunteer time (review the year's financial activity and records)
  • (tentative) Restaurant Night may need volunteers at event (visit with families, clear tables)
  • (quarterly?) Staff Pick Me Up may need volunteer time (set up/clean up staff lounge)
  • (monthly?) Separate Flyers may need volunteer time (count and group flyers by class count)
  • (monthly?) PTO Bulletin Board may need volunteer time (change out bulletin board designs)

EDUCATION COMMITTEE

Plans and organizes events and activities that support student learning or enrichment, and staff appreciation including:
  • Author Visit
  • Science Night
  • Magic Show

FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE

Plans and organizes events and activities that raise funds for Bulls PTO to apply towards the organization's mission, including:
  • Catalog fundraiser
  • Penny Wars
  • Festivals

COMMITMENT TO COMMUNITY COMMITTEE

Plans and organizes events and activities that build a strong sense of community among the school that is more connected and compassionate, including:
  • Back to School BBQ
  • Game Night
  • Movie Night
