The survival of the fittest

Modernity has resulted into emergency of a variety of challenges since the beginning of life which proved that only the fittest will survive, Brilliance picked form Evolution, Economics, Education, Science and Technology. Others as social sciences, demography, climatology and natural sciences only to mention a few.

Charles Robert Darwin a famous naturalist geologist and Biologist, contributed a lot in major theories and evolution, genetics and the survival of the fittest. Genes from strongest Flora and Fauna were passed through generations and they will be passed to the future despite they hostile conditions of nature in global warming and changing weather patterns.

Trends in Economics in the past now and the future Involved in a similar manner as portrayed by distinguished economists from developed and east developed countries. The strong north, Rich economies over depend to get the best inputs from the south east developed nations who unprocessed/semi processed materials to the north as they lack infrastructure, expertise and the means to raise the value of their produce.

Most developed economize were the result of highly developed human resources from the best education offered to its people since the beginning of the previous millennium. The people from least developed nations will take more time / centuries to be at per with the north because they have the fittest human resources from education which enables them to use modern science and technology to process the low value produce from the poor nations to high value produces and expert to the least developed countries at expensive prices. Thus, only the fittest in education will survive. St. Maximilian schools is trying to have its alumni with the best EDUCATION THAT ADDS VALUE.

Tanzania is fighting to have the best education to its people so that they can use it to transform the material resources and get the best products which will attract all clients globally. It is those who are well versed with modern skills of science and technology, information and communication to an array of clientele will benefit more. Online services are the order of the modern world. Let us swim with the currents and we will survive institutions which are giving the best and most modern education in all aspects of life will survive and will continue to have a fast-growing ALUMNI like St. Maximilian Schools.

The role of education...

Introduction

For any child to be successful in his/her education career, there are several parties that need to fulfil their obligations. Below are some of the findings that Aneth Burenda Babirye the head of Science and Technology department at St. Maximilian Primary School came up with especially in relation to private sectors.

STAKE HOLDERS

For a private sector school like St Maximilian Nursery and primary School, stake holders have a big role to play in the development of a child as far as education is concerned. Taking St. Maximilian Nursery and Primary school for a pilot study, I have observed that stake holders have ensured having the best infrastructure and learning environment for a child. This goes hand in hand with the provision of study materials, having teachers who are well equipped with CBC curriculum and ready to implement and relay.

It's to help learners in the simplest ways possible, the teaching/learning process plus love and care being the key factor of every teacher and other workers to their children.

GOVERNMENT

The Government should and is working hand in hand with the school to ensure that, whatever is taught to the learners is within the proper coverage of the curriculum by paying several visits and inspection.

PARENTS/GUARDIANS

Have a very big role to play for a child to have the best education, it's all upon teachers' cooperation and parents. There must be a very good link between, these two parties; there must be very good relationship between these two, in order to nature a child for better education.

TEACHERS

There should always be co-operation between the parents and the teachers. Failure to this education to a child is useless and fruitless. Teachers should be lovely to the children so as to inculcate knowledge in them.

Teachers should never succumb to sexual harassment to the children they teach being their immediate parents when at school. "St. Maximilian Nursery and Primary School has teachers with all the ethics of teaching".

CONCLUSION

Self-reliant children can be made when all these parties fulfil their roles. St. Maximilian Nursery and Primary school trains learners basing on the challenges of the globalizing world and their impact in the 21st century.
