Certificate of Divinity (CertDiv) (1 year)
This programme requires a minimum of one year of full-time study. Students must possess a good reading and writing knowledge of English as evidenced by our entrance exam that applicants must write before they can register. Dependent on the outcome, students may need to take supportive subjects. Students must complete 9 required modules. Candidates for the Certificate of Divinity must also enroll in AS500 everytime that they are enrolled in a course. This course, requires that students be active in an Anglican-Catholic Church parish, and participate in weekly Eucharist/Morning Prayer services in their parish in order to be eligible for gradation. Students will be assigned a mentor priest in their parish who will provide a report on the student’s spiritual formation to the seminary. Applications for registration in the Certificate of Divinity are accepted on a case by case basis.

CD530 Principles of Anglican Worship/Anglican Book of Common Prayer (3 hours)
CD531 History and Polity of the Anglican Church (3 hours)
CD532 Anglican-Catholic Theology (3 hours)
CD533 Liturgical/Sacramental Theology (3 hours)
CD534 Ancient and Medieval Church History (3 hours)
CD535 Practicum in Liturgical Leadership: Services of the Word and Baptism (1 hour)*
CD536 Practicum in Liturgical Leadership: Eucharist (1 hour)*
CD537 Practicum in Liturgical Leadership: Weddings, Funerals, & Confirmations (1 hour)
AS500 Anglican Spiritual Formation.
Three-hour modules are designed to be completed in a maximum of 8 weeks and the three one-hour modules are designed to be taken after the completion of the five three-hour modules. AS500 must be taken whenever a student is taking a module. A typical year-long progression would look like this:
