2nd Grade - CRE & School
Registered Students will receive information about these important dates when school and CRE begin.
First Reconciliation
Preparation for First Reconciliation occurs during second grade for students who have been baptized and have completed the first year of Religious Education.
A Mini-Retreat (for candidates and their parents) will be held in October to begin preparation for the sacrament.
Our First Reconciliation Service will be held before First Communion (after Easter).
First Eucharist
Preparation for First Eucharist also occurs during second grade for students who have been baptized and have completed the first year of Religious Education.
A Mini-Retreat (for candidates and their parents) begins the lessons for the second semester.
First Communion Masses will be assigned when school/CRE begins.
8th Grade - CRE & School
8th Grade - CRE & School
Preparation for Confirmation includes 7th & 8th grade religious education for students who have been baptized at a younger age. Opportunities for service (as an individual, with class, and with Sponsor) are provided.
Registered Students will receive information about these important dates when school and CRE begin.
Confirmation Dedication: Prayer during Sunday Mass in October
(both 7th & 8th graders attend Mass)
Retreat/Rehearsal will be held on a Saturday in January
(for 8th Grade Candidates & Sponsors)
Confirmation Mass for 8th Grade Candidates
will be held in January or February according to our Bishop's schedule.
