STUDENT TRAVEL AWARD

Application for student travel award is now closed. The awardees will receive registration fee waiver and all of lodging.

The deadline for application was February 28, 2018.

Application procedures:

1 . Send PDF of an abstract to Jun Kitano (jkitano(at)nig.ac.jp) (see ABSTRACT SUBMISSION for the format) with indication of which you prefer, oral or poster presentation.

2. Ask your supervisor to send Jun Kitano (jkitano(at)nig.ac.jp) a PDF of a letter describing the applicant’s (1) qualifications, (2) research progress, and (3) whether funding is available to support his or her attendance at the meeting.

Decision date: Applicants will be informed of the decisions on April 1, 2018. Those who applied for the travel grant do NOT have to upload the abstract separately onto the Abstract Submission site.
