Registration fees (including a welcome party and drinks & snacks during poster sessions and coffee breaks)

¥1,000 x 3 days = ¥3,000

※There are many good restaurants for lunch around the university. But if you do not want to eat out, you can buy lunch boxes.

One-day excursion to a stickleback conservation center (July 8, Sun)

¥1,000 (for lunch) + one more night housing cost: lunch becomes FREE with the courtesy of Ono City.

Single room: ¥6,700 per person per night

Twin room*: ¥5,800 per person per night

Japanese style family room (4 persons per room)*: ¥18,000 per night

Japanese style twin room*: ¥5,800 per person per night

*When you use twin rooms or family rooms, find your roommates by yourself and write his/her name in the registration form.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel before June 1, 2018, you will receive a full refund for the price of food and lodging. However, the registration fee is non-refundable. No refunds will be given after June 1, 2018.
