This Privacy Policy explains how information is accessed, processed, collected, used, and shared when you use Sticker Maker - WASticker (“the App”).

Please read this Privacy Policy to understand how information is handled when you use the App.

1. Information You Provide and Create

Photos and Media

The App allows you to select photos and images to create and edit stickers.

Depending on your device and the feature you use, the App may access selected images through the Android Photo Picker or request Photos and Media permission. This access is used to let you:

• Select photos for sticker creation

• Edit selected images

• Save completed stickers

• Create and manage sticker packs

• Export or share your creations

Photos selected for editing and stickers created by you are processed and stored locally on your device. They are not uploaded to a server operated by the App developer.

When you choose to export or share a sticker or sticker pack with WhatsApp or another app, the selected content is transferred according to your action and is then handled under the privacy practices of the receiving service.

User-Created Content

Content created through the App may include:

• Stickers

• Sticker packs

• Draft projects

• Drawings

• Text added to stickers

• Favorites and recent items

• Sticker pack names and related project information

This user-created content is stored locally on your device. It remains available until you delete it, clear the App’s data, or uninstall the App.

The App does not provide a public community or upload your sticker creations to a developer-operated cloud account.

2. Information Collected Automatically

The App uses third-party services for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, push notifications, and in-app purchases. These services may automatically process certain technical information, depending on your device settings, consent choices, region, and how you use the App.

This information may include:

• Device type and model

• Operating system and app version

• Device or app identifiers

• Advertising identifier, where permitted

• IP address

• General device language and region

• App interactions and feature usage

• Ad views, clicks, and interaction information

• Crash reports and diagnostic information

• Notification tokens

• Purchase and subscription status

• Performance and technical event information

The App does not use analytics, advertising, or diagnostic services to upload the personal photos or sticker projects stored locally on your device.

3. How Information Is Used

• Save and manage local sticker projects

• Export content when requested by you

• Understand general feature usage

4. Advertising

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob.

AdMob and its advertising partners may process information such as advertising identifiers, IP addresses, device information, app interactions, and ad interaction data to:

• Deliver advertisements

• Measure advertising performance

• Limit repeated advertisements

• Prevent fraud and invalid activity

• Provide personalized advertisements where permitted

• Provide non-personalized or limited advertisements where required

The type of advertising shown may depend on your age category, region, device settings, consent choices, and applicable law.

Where consent is required, you may be shown a consent or privacy message that allows you to manage available advertising choices. You may also be able to reset or delete your advertising identifier through your Android device settings.

5. Analytics and Crash Reporting

The App uses:

Google Analytics for Firebase

Google Analytics for Firebase may collect app interaction and technical information to help understand how the App is used and which features require improvement.

Firebase Crashlytics

Firebase Crashlytics may collect crash logs, device information, app state, installation identifiers, and diagnostic information to identify and resolve errors.

Analytics and crash-reporting information does not include the photos or sticker projects that you store locally through the App.

6. Push Notifications

The App uses Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver push notifications.

Firebase Cloud Messaging may process an app installation identifier or notification token so that notifications can be delivered to your device.

Push notifications may include feature information, reminders, updates, or other app-related messages. You can disable notifications at any time through the App’s settings, where available, or through your Android device settings.

7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions through Google Play Billing.

Payments are processed by Google Play. The App developer does not directly receive or store your complete payment card information.

The App may receive purchase-related information such as:

• Product or subscription purchased

• Purchase status

• Subscription status

• Transaction or purchase token

• Renewal, cancellation, or expiration status

This information is used to provide and verify purchased features.

Your purchase is also subject to Google Play’s applicable terms and privacy practices.

8. Permissions

The App may request the following access when needed.

Photo Picker

The Android Photo Picker allows you to select particular photos or images for sticker creation without granting access to your full media library.

Photos and Media Permission

Some features or device versions may require Photos and Media permission to select images, save stickers, manage saved creations, or export sticker packs.

You can grant, deny, or revoke permissions through your Android device settings. Certain features may not work correctly if the required access is denied.

Notification Permission

Notification permission may be requested so the App can send push notifications. You may decline or disable this permission at any time.

9. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services that may process information under their own terms and privacy policies, including:

• Google AdMob

• Google Analytics for Firebase

• Firebase Crashlytics

• Firebase Cloud Messaging

• Google Play Billing

• WhatsApp or other apps selected by you for exporting and sharing

These third parties act independently under their applicable privacy terms. Their collection and processing practices may vary based on your location, device settings, consent choices, and use of their services.

10. Data Sharing

Information may be shared or processed in the following circumstances:

• With advertising providers to display and measure advertisements

• With analytics providers to understand app usage

• With crash-reporting providers to diagnose technical issues

• With notification providers to deliver push notifications

• With Google Play to process purchases and subscriptions

• With an app or service selected by you when you export or share content

• When required to comply with law, legal process, or enforceable governmental requests

• When necessary to protect users, investigate fraud, or maintain app security

The developer does not sell the photos, stickers, drafts, or sticker packs that you store locally in the App.

11. Data Retention

Photos, stickers, sticker packs, drafts, favorites, and other user-created projects stored locally remain on your device until you:

• Delete the content within the App

• Clear the App’s storage or data

• Uninstall the App

Data processed by Google AdMob, Firebase, Google Play, or other third-party providers may be retained according to those providers’ retention policies and your applicable settings.

Push notification tokens may remain active until they are refreshed, deleted, disabled, or no longer associated with an active app installation.

Purchase records may be retained as required to verify transactions, maintain subscriptions, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

12. Children and Mixed Audience

The App is intended for a mixed audience, which may include both children and adults.

Age information or an age category may be requested or applied where necessary to provide an age-appropriate experience and configure advertising requirements.

For users identified as children, or where required by applicable rules, the App is intended to request advertisements suitable for children or general audiences and to restrict personalized advertising.

Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use of the App and review device permissions, advertising choices, purchases, and sharing activity.

13. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Revoke Photos and Media permission

• Delete locally stored projects

• Clear the App’s data

• Uninstall the App

Because user-created stickers and photos are stored locally and the App does not require a user account, the developer may not be able to identify or remotely delete content stored only on your device.

Requests regarding data processed directly by Google or another third-party service may also need to be submitted to that service.

14. International Data Processing

Third-party service providers may process information on servers located outside your country or region.

Where required, information is handled subject to applicable legal protections and the privacy terms of the relevant service provider.

15. Security

Reasonable steps are taken to limit the App’s access to the information needed for its features. However, no electronic storage, device, network, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for protecting access to your device and reviewing the apps or services to which you choose to export or share stickers.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes to the App, third-party services, legal requirements, or data-handling practices.

Changes become effective when the revised Privacy Policy is made available. The “Last Updated” date at the beginning of this policy will be updated accordingly.
