DMCA and Copyright Policy

Last Updated: July 23, 2026

Sticker Maker - WASticker respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.

This policy explains how copyright owners or their authorized representatives may report content that they believe infringes their copyrighted work.

1. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights or permission to use any photo, image, text, artwork, logo, character, design, or other material they import into or create with the App.

The App must not be used to create, reproduce, export, or share content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights belonging to another person or organization.

Creating a sticker from content available online does not automatically give the user permission to use, reproduce, distribute, or share that content.

2. Locally Stored User Content

Photos, stickers, sticker packs, drafts, and other projects created or imported by users are stored locally on their devices.

The App does not operate a public platform where users upload or publish locally created sticker content for other users to browse.

Because locally stored content is not hosted or controlled by the App developer, the developer generally cannot access, review, remove, or disable content stored only on a user’s device.

When a user exports or shares content through WhatsApp or another third-party service, that content is handled by the receiving service and may also be subject to its copyright reporting procedures.

3. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that copyrighted content provided, displayed, or distributed directly through the App infringes your rights, you may submit a written copyright notice by email.

Your notice should include:

Send the completed notice to:

Email: phanphuocchaulinh@gmail.com

Suggested email subject:

Incomplete notices may delay the review process.

4. Review and Response

After receiving a valid copyright notice, the reported material may be reviewed.

When appropriate, reasonable action may be taken, including:

Submitting a notice does not guarantee that content will be removed. Each report may be reviewed based on the information provided, the nature of the content, and applicable law.

5. Counter-Notification

If content that you provided directly to the App has been removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe that the removal resulted from a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

A counter-notification should include:

Send the counter-notification to:

Email: phanphuocchaulinh@gmail.com

Suggested email subject:

DMCA Counter-Notification – Sticker Maker - WASticker

A valid counter-notification may be forwarded to the person who submitted the original copyright notice. The affected content may be restored when permitted by applicable law unless the original reporting party provides notice of legal action within the applicable period.

6. False or Misleading Notices

Copyright notices and counter-notifications are legal communications.

A person who knowingly submits false, misleading, or materially inaccurate information may be responsible for resulting damages, costs, or legal consequences.

Before submitting a notice, consider whether the use of the material may be authorized, licensed, or permitted under an exception or limitation to copyright law, such as fair use or fair dealing.

7. Trademark and Other Intellectual Property Reports

This policy primarily addresses copyright complaints.

To report an alleged infringement involving a trademark, logo, brand identity, publicity right, privacy right, or another intellectual property right, send an email containing:

Send the report to:

Email: phanphuocchaulinh@gmail.com

Suggested email subject:

8. Repeat Infringement

Where technically applicable and supported by sufficient evidence, access to app-provided content or related services may be restricted in cases involving repeated or serious infringement.

Because user-created sticker projects are stored locally and the App does not require a public user account, it may not always be technically possible to identify individual users or remotely remove locally stored content.

9. Changes to This Policy

This DMCA and Copyright Policy may be updated to reflect changes to the App, applicable laws, or copyright reporting procedures.

Changes become effective when the revised policy is made available. The “Last Updated” date at the beginning of this policy will be updated accordingly.
