Meet Steven Shepard: Rocky River graduate, U.S. Air Force veteran, husband to an educator, and father of two daughters in our schools.
After 20 years of miliary service around the world, I returned home with a deep commitment to integrity, service, and excellence. I bring experience in policy, budgeting, safety, and continuous process improvement; skills that can help strengthen our district. My vision is simple: open, honest communication, strong financial stewardship, and a collaborative partnership between the board, school administrators and staff, and our community to ensure the best education for every student in Rocky River.
